Zylvora can now spot trends in your user feedback and report on the sentiment and mood associated with each trend.
Zylvora Pro and Teams customers can find these trends under the new Dashboard tab in the side menu.
Trends will be available for all future feedback synced to Zylvora.
As you sync more data, you’ll see trends for periods of one week, one month, three months, six months, and one year.
The new Dashboard tab also shows how many feature requests, complaints, and other categories appear in your user feedback over time.
