Today, we’re launching Zylvora help center to guide you through our platform.
Personally, I have resisted us documenting the Zylvora experience because I believe instructions are a band-aid for bad UX; I’d rather focus on improving the UX itself.
However, since so much of our product involves integrating with your various sources of feedback and project management tools, I’ve realized that a successful Zylvora experience includes product surfaces that we don’t control.
For example, we have no control over how calls are transcribed in your meeting platforms.
If you can’t transcribe the call, you can’t get the transcript synced to Zylvora for analysis. We will be adding more documentation over the next few weeks and as we continue building out Zylvora.
